Total Access 24/7 brought access into the day-to-day lives of \the hottest young stars in the entertainment industry, including Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Destiny's Child, No Doubt, Usher, Pink, Tony Hawk and the casts of Spy Kids 2, Dawson's Creek and Malcolm in the Middle.

In 2003, Sara teamed with Granada America to launch the MTV series Room Raiders. Room Raiders continues to garner high ratings in its timeslot and is one of the few strip series currently on MTV. Nichols ran the series for the first two seasons, totalling 63 episodes. In 2004, Nichols got back to the music, producing Britney Spears: In The Zone DVD, Janet Jackson: Damita Jo DVD, Soul Train awards tribute to Janet Jackson, and spots for Courtney Love and Britney Spears AND creatived the first DVD for multi-platinum rock band Evanescence, "anywhere but home" which featured a live concert shot in Paris, behind the scenes with the band on their first tour and unique graphics designed by the UK's Hello Charlie.

Nichols and the Emotional team rang in the holidays with the Gottis, producing two special episodes of GROWING UP GOTTI for A&E/GRB. "Oh My Gotti, My Dinner With Peter" and "A Very Gotti Christmas" In 2005, Nichols began developing a scripted series, continued with various music projects, and sought out opportunities to do more character-driven reality. The Gastineau Girls called, and in August, Nichols was hired to Executive Produce and re-vamp Season 2 for E!/True Entertainment (an Endemol company).
